This browser-based tool will allow you to manage your own opt-in email list.
You can send newsletters and other emails to everyone on your own opt-in
list. You can manage more than one list. The list(s) will be gathered by your
site's visitors filling out the sign up form on the pages of your web site.

There is also a PHP code page that will create your own database on your web host. To create
your new database tables you simply open your browser and go to ’http://www.yourdomain.com/createdb.php’.
This will display a form with further instructions and asks for your site's login information. Your
web host will provide this information to you. After you click the ’Create Database’
button you will get a results screen. That’s all there is to creating a database for your Opt-in List.
After you have your new database, you can then access your new Basic Opt-in Email Tool by using your
browser to go to ’http://www.yourdomain.com/boet/’. You will then see the tool as shown
in the image above.
