By downloading a website template from M5Systems.net you agree to the following Terms of Use:

Our web templates may be used for your own and/or your client's website, but you may not sell/offer for free our templates in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others download off your website(s), etc.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

All products are property of HTMLTemplates.net

The templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. HTMLTemplates.net will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using a template. In no event shall HTMLTemplates.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the templates and/or information from HTMLTemplates.net. The HTMLTemplates.net team reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

Each template may be used for a single site. An additional license must be obtained/purchased for an additional site. For more information on this please read our License Agreement. E-mail us to get a quote for multiple licenses.  Per license prices drop with bulk purchases.
